RW uses only the highest quality materials in its manufacturing process. The densities of the materials we use are designed for the most extreme conditions such as snow, rain, sun, and salts. Doors are layered with:

• - Luan mahogany backing, a very durable and pleasantly appealing look.
• - Polystyrene insulation is then added.
• - Secured around Douglas fir framing materials.
• - Exterior design layer with Port Orford Western White Cedar, known for its
    stability, rot and decay resistant properties.
• - Standard, weather resistant seals protect the door in the down position.
